Hello luminous friends, my name is Alejandra. In order to be on this path of spirituality, I have had to live many experiences in the course of my life, some with more light than others and I think that they have been those that have had a lot of shadows but the I appreciate all. Especially those that I interpreted as painful according to the state of consciousness that I had at that time because thanks to them I was able to understand that I no longer had to ask myself why?, but rather, what for? I have lived them drawing the learning from all those experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this beautiful path, the first thing I had to do is get to know myself and ask myself, who is Alejandra? removing all the roles of mom, daughter, sister, the professional, the friend, etc. and look into my own being and be brave to go to my own basement seeing all my childhood wounds that have manifested in my adolescence and reaching adulthood where I have put on so many masks to feel accepted, valued, feel that I belonged and I deserved to live on this earth showing the wounds of abandonment as I got to know myself, I began to understand myself, to value myself and I learned to love myself with everything I brought and thus I could begin to understand others because they acted in a certain way and that they only acted through the fear of that wounded child and they have become damaged adults like me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By becoming aware of the decision not to continue being a victim blaming others, I took control of my life because change starts with me, because if I didn't start to heal, I would continue to be a wounded adult and that pain would continue to be transmitted to my later generations.<\/p>\n\n\n

I know I'm still on this learning path and it's over until I leave this avatar.
Understanding that we can all change and those who say they can't change because that's the way it is, that's fine, it's their decision because change and being happy despite the circumstances that life presents to us depends on one and those who say they can't It's because they don't want to, and no one can change anyone who doesn't want to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Gracias a todas estas experiencias decid\u00ed estudiar y especializarme en el ser, usando las habilidades o dones que todos tenemos y desarrollarlos en lo hol\u00edstico para guiar a otros a su propio camino de evoluci\u00f3n, sacando su gran poder creador y que todo depender\u00e1 de c\u00f3mo interpretes la vida y a d\u00f3nde dirigir su energ\u00eda pero lo fundamental es conocerse a s\u00ed mismo y sanar las heridas de nuestro ni\u00f1o interno.
